Conveniently located near a hospital and key amenities, this hotel offered great value for money. the staff were friendly and offered excellent room service. I loved the cleanliness of the place, and the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

The biggest downside was the lack of parking facilities on site, and the fact that parking had to be done on the street which wasn't ideal. the noise from outside traffic could be a bit of a problem, and the windows didn't seem to be soundproofed.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city and visiting tourist destinations. The breakfast served was satisfying and the staff was well-trained, polite, and quick to respond to my needs.

Value for money at Kovilakom Residency. The rooms were clean and the staff were courteous. The restaurant served reasonably good food. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay.

The hotel advertised free cable internet in the rooms, but unfortunately, it was not provided during my stay. This was a disappointment as I had expected to have access to the internet in my room.

What an amazing romantic escape we had! We enjoyed the perfect location of the hotel as we were able to walk to many nearby attractions. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home. We especially liked the delicious food offered in the restaurant, which was very affordable. the room was spacious and kept clean throughout our stay, making it comfortable for us to relax and enjoy each other's company.

There were a couple of things we did not enjoy during our stay. we were disappointed that some amenities were charged for without prior notice.
